Reminders for using Internet
1. Try to minimize depending on Internet for casual entertainment, per the seventh precept (do not chase after pleasurable sensations).  This includes spending time viewing or playing chess games or browsing world news, national news or political blogs.  Internet should be used for reading wholesome material, updating my website, researching information, purchasing necessary things and communicating with other people.
2. Try not to check on mail every half hour.  Once a day should be enough.
